Every billet is tapped, weighed and listened to. Only one in forty makes the bench.

Bodies and necks are carved by hand, guided by templates older than most players.

Pickups are wound one coil at a time, by feel, until the tone sits exactly right.

Up to thirty coats of nitrocellulose, cured for weeks, then rubbed to a deep glow.
